Refund Policy

At Lena’s Loot, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below for details.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all tags attached.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at lena@lenasloot.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping: Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at lena@lenasloot.com with your order number and details about the defect or damage.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
